Kiuwan On-Premise (KOP) fixes
- KOP installation now successfully allows connections to MySQL using the root user
- Distributed Kiuwan On Premise should now properly clean up old log files from previous versions
- Resolved an issue where Kiuwan for Developers with Visual Studio 2022 could not retrieve a license.
