This guide explains the different ways you can contact the Kiuwan Technical Support team.
When you submit a request, a support ticket is created. This ticket tracks your issue and keeps a history of all communications with our support staff.
You can create a request through three channels:
- Help Widget (inside your Kiuwan account)
- Kiuwan Help Center
No matter which channel you choose, you can always manage and view all your tickets from the Kiuwan Help Center.
Use the Kiuwan Help Widget
You can also submit a ticket directly from the Help Widget, available when you log in to your Kiuwan account.
- The widget is located at the bottom-right corner of any page.

Click it, enter your name and email address, and type your message.
- After submitting, a ticket will be created, and a support agent will reach out to you.
Submit a request to the Kiuwan Help Center
You can also open a ticket directly from the Kiuwan Help Center: https://support.kiuwan.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or click the Submit Request button located on the top right corner.
Complete the form with as much detail as possible to help us assist you faster.
Create an account to submit a request
To track your requests, you need a Kiuwan Help Center account:
- Go to the Sign in option and click Sign up.
- Enter your full name and email address.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from support@kiuwansupport.zendesk.com, this email includes a link to create a password.

Through this channel, you will be able to ask for help to any question or problem you might have.
Please click the link below to create a password and sign-in.

- Click the Create a password link and set your password
Once logged in, you can submit new requests and view existing ones.
View all your requests
By default, you can only see the tickets you personally created.
If you want to access all tickets from your Kiuwan account (including those opened by other users in your organization), please submit a request to our support team, and support will enable this for you.
